Send a request and define its scope

Landfield is operated by Sandor Kohan, trading as Landfield in the Netherlands. Email kohansandor@landfield.eu with your account email, relevant company programme, and the scope of your request: the whole account or particular data such as a recording, transcript, or submission.

If you act for someone else, explain your authority. Do not send a password or unnecessary identity documents. This page does not send a request automatically; using an email link opens your email application, and you must send the message.

Identity verification and company data

We must verify that the request comes from the account holder or another person authorized to act for them. Where there is reasonable doubt about identity or authority, we may ask for limited additional information necessary to verify it.

For data Landfield processes on a company’s instructions, we coordinate with that company as controller. We will explain any information needed to identify the data, confirm scope, or route the request appropriately.

Response time

We respond without undue delay and generally within one month after receiving the request. We may extend this period by two further months where necessary because of the complexity or number of requests. We will notify you within the first month, with reasons for the extension.

Our response explains action taken or proposed and any limits that apply. A response deadline does not mean that every record, including retained records and backup copies, can or must be erased within that period.

Legal restrictions and retained records

Deletion rights apply subject to legal conditions. We may restrict or refuse a request where an applicable exception permits it, including compliance with legal obligations or establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims. For manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, applicable law may permit a reasonable fee or refusal; we must justify that decision.

Where we do not act on a request, we explain the reasons without undue delay and within one month, together with available complaint and judicial remedy routes.

• Billing and tax records may need to remain for applicable accounting and record-keeping duties.
• Dispute and legal-claim records may be retained where needed to establish, exercise, or defend claims.
• Fraud-prevention and security records may remain where a lawful purpose and proportionate need continue.
• Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup lifecycle removes or overwrites them. Where data remains in backups, it should be protected from routine use, and a restoration must account for valid deletion requests.

What deletion can mean for your account

Deleting an account can end sign-in access, affect scheduled sessions and programme participation, and remove access to learning history, messages, or materials. Tell us if you intend to delete only particular data so that we can assess that scope.

A deletion request does not itself cancel a company agreement, settle unpaid obligations, or erase records a company or another provider controls independently. We will explain material consequences and remaining records as part of the response.

Other rights and complaints

Where applicable and subject to legal conditions, you may also request access, correction, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. The privacy notice explains processing roles and rights.

Where applicable, you may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, and seek a judicial remedy. You do not have to contact us before making a complaint.
