Platform terms
Corporate programme terms of service
These terms explain the current platform relationship between Landfield, participating companies, invited employees, tutors, and programme owners.
Effective 4 September 2026
01
Agreement and operator
These terms govern access to Landfield, which is operated by Sandor Kohan, an individual residing in the Netherlands and trading as Landfield. Landfield is not yet incorporated as a company.
A participating company accepts the commercial agreement for its programme. Each authorized user must also follow these platform terms and the privacy notice.
02
Eligibility and company access
Landfield is intended for adult professionals. A learner, tutor, administrator, or programme owner accesses the platform after being invited by a participating company or authorized by Landfield for the relevant role.
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- Protect sign-in credentials and notify Landfield about suspected unauthorized access.
- Use only the features and information available to the assigned role.
03
The corporate language programme
Landfield provides online tutor-led language development for company participants. The service can include tutor matching, live sessions, connected practice, feedback, learning plans, progress indicators, messaging, and proportionate programme reporting.
The specific participants, term, price, pilot, scheduling approach, and service scope are set in the company agreement or order form. The public pricing page describes the current standard offer but does not replace signed commercial terms.
04
Tutors and scheduling
Qualified tutors lead the sessions as independent professionals. Landfield normally matches a learner with a primary tutor, but availability, fit, or operational needs can require a replacement.
Scheduling, rescheduling, absence, and programme rules are communicated for the relevant company rollout. No particular learning outcome is guaranteed.
05
Recording, transcription, and AI support
Recording, transcription, and AI-supported analysis occur only through the applicable consent flow. A participant may decline consent, and another participant must not make an unauthorized recording.
AI output can contain errors. It supports tutor preparation and feedback and should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
06
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse Landfield, interfere with the service, or infringe another person’s rights.
- Do not use the platform for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or deceptive activity.
- Do not impersonate another person or attempt to access another role or account.
- Do not upload malicious code, scrape protected areas, or attempt to bypass platform security.
- Do not share private lesson content without the permission and lawful basis required for that sharing.
07
Content and intellectual property
Users retain rights in original content they submit. They give Landfield the permission needed to host, transmit, process, and display that content to deliver the authorized programme.
Landfield’s software, design, text, and branding remain the property of Landfield or its licensors. Third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and terms.
08
Service availability and responsibility
Landfield may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform develops. We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and the signed company agreement, Landfield is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
09
Suspension and termination
Landfield may suspend or end access after a material breach, unsafe use, loss of company authorization, programme end, or a legal requirement. The company and user remain responsible for obligations that reasonably survive termination.
10
Law, updates, and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to mandatory rights that apply in another jurisdiction. The signed company agreement may contain additional dispute provisions.
We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we publish a revision. Questions can be sent to kohansandor@landfield.eu.
