Programme and pricing FAQ
Straight answers based on Landfield’s current offer and operating model.
Which languages are available?
English is available now. Dutch pilot enquiries are welcome, subject to confirmed tutor capacity. Other languages are not currently promised.
What is the minimum company cohort?
The standard starting point is 10 participating employees. Landfield is designed first for European companies with 50-500 employees.
What does each employee receive?
The standard plan includes four 60-minute individual sessions each month with a primary tutor, plus focused practice connected to agreed workplace goals.
Can we begin with a pilot?
Yes. A paid pilot normally runs for 8 to 12 weeks with 10 to 25 participants so the company can evaluate the operating fit before a broader rollout.
Will an employee always have the same tutor?
Each employee is normally matched with one primary tutor. If availability or fit changes, a qualified replacement can continue with the learner’s programme history.
Is AI used in every lesson?
No. Recording, transcription, and AI-supported analysis happen only within the approved flow and are subject to consent from both participants.
What can HR and L&D see?
Programme owners can see participation, attendance, general progress, and agreed goals. This supports programme management without exposing private lesson conversations.
What learning material remains private?
Full recordings and transcripts, private tutor conversations, private messages and notes, and itemized individual mistakes remain outside normal HR reporting.
How quickly can a programme begin?
Timing depends on participant count, schedules, goals, contracting, and confirmed tutor capacity. Landfield agrees a practical rollout plan during the company consultation.
How is Landfield different from an app, school, or tutor marketplace?
Landfield combines a company programme, an ongoing primary-tutor relationship, workplace-specific practice, connected learning context, and proportionate HR visibility.
